Aidan Rockwell writes pop music like it’s a guided emotional excavation.

His debut EP, Same Stars, captures the glow of first love and the ache of distance—songs shaped by midnight drives, waiting by the phone, and the quiet belief that maybe the sky is enough to keep two people close.

Originally from the Midwest, Aidan moved to Los Angeles to study in UCLA’s Music Industry program and build a world through song. His writing blends clarity with conviction, keeping a steady hand on the emotional thread. His melodies linger in the in-between—where moments blur into memories, where holding on feels just like letting go. His lyrics don’t just describe a feeling—they inhabit it.

There’s tension beneath the warmth in his work: glances that don’t last, timing that turns too late, truths left between the lines. But even then, the connection holds. Even then, the line doesn’t break.

Same Stars was the first glimpse into a narrative that winds through the back roads of love and loss. The next chapter follows the sound of footsteps fading down the hall—and the silence they leave behind.
